Last Updated: August 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WPCheckMail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. WPCheckMail is a product and service operated by E19 Creative (“E19,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
WPCheckMail provides tools and related services for monitoring, verifying, and testing WordPress email delivery, website response, and related system functionality.
WPCheckMail may also provide implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, consulting, or other related services through E19 Creative.
Features and functionality may change or evolve over time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate and current information.
- You are responsible for securing your account.
- You must notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WPCheckMail to:
- Send or facilitate spam, abuse, or unauthorized email.
- Interfere with or disrupt service operation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Use the service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
5. Service Availability
WPCheckMail is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Monitoring results, alerts, and reports are intended to assist with identifying potential issues and should not be considered a guarantee that every outage, delivery failure, configuration issue, or other system condition will be detected.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using WPCheckMail, you acknowledge and agree to how data is collected, processed, and handled as described there.
7. Payments and Billing
Paid WPCheckMail subscriptions and services are provided by E19 Creative.
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Fees are billed according to the plan you select.
- Subscription charges may be processed through Stripe or another payment method made available by E19 Creative.
- Recurring subscriptions will continue and renew according to the billing interval selected at checkout until canceled.
- You may cancel a recurring subscription through the account or billing options made available to you. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund amounts already billed.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
- We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.
Implementation, consulting, troubleshooting, customization, or other services related to WPCheckMail may be separately quoted or invoiced directly by E19 Creative and may be subject to additional written terms, proposals, Statements of Work, or invoices.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay amounts due, or engage in activity that may threaten the security, integrity, or operation of WPCheckMail or related systems.
You may stop using the service at any time. Cancellation of a paid subscription does not relieve you of responsibility for charges incurred before the effective date of cancellation.
9. Limitation of Liability
WPCheckMail and related services are provided by E19 Creative on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
E19 Creative does not guarantee email delivery outcomes, website availability, monitoring accuracy, or detection of every failure or outage. Email delivery and website availability may depend on third-party hosting providers, mail servers, DNS providers, internet service providers, WordPress installations, plugins, themes, networks, security systems, and other systems outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, E19 Creative will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on WPCheckMail.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E19 Creative, its owner, representatives, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of WPCheckMail, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of another party.
11. Third-Party Services
WPCheckMail may rely on or interact with third-party services, platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, email systems, WordPress software, plugins, APIs, networks, or other technology.
E19 Creative is not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, security, or actions of third-party services outside our control.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of WPCheckMail after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
