8.2 Team Member Access Duration

Account owners may control how long a team member has access to a project. Options may include:

Automatically deactivating access after a set period of time.
Setting a custom deactivation date and time.
Allowing access indefinitely.

When a deactivation date is configured, WPCheckMail may send service notifications related to the expiration of that access. The account owner may extend or revoke access when needed.

9. Unverified Domain Retention

9.1 Overview

To maintain accurate records, reduce unnecessary stored data, and prevent unauthorized monitoring, WPCheckMail may periodically review domains that remain unverified after being added to the service.

9.2 Verification Reminders

If a domain remains unverified, WPCheckMail may send reminder notifications to the account email associated with the domain.

Day 1: Initial reminder to verify the domain.
Day 3: Second reminder for an unverified domain.
Day 7: Final reminder before removal.

9.3 Removal of Unverified Domains

Domains that remain unverified for 10 days or more may be automatically removed from the system.
Associated configuration records and metadata may also be deleted.
Users may re-add a domain later and complete verification to resume monitoring.

9.4 Limited Metadata Retention

For security, auditing, diagnostic, abuse-prevention, or system-integrity purposes, WPCheckMail may retain limited metadata related to a removed unverified domain for up to 30 days.

Where practical, retained metadata may be anonymized or minimized and is not retained for marketing purposes.

10. User Control and Privacy Requests

We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request.
